SportswearForYou operated under FAR SportsWear LLC (“We”), value your satisfaction and aim to provide a smooth shopping experience. Please review our policy below regarding returns, replacements and refunds:
- Eligibility and Our Responsibility
Customers may request a return, replacement, or refund within 3 days of receiving the product given these conditions as below :
- The item must be unused, unwashed, in its original condition, and with all original packaging and tags intact.
- We require a receipt or proof of purchase alongside a clear explanation and images of the damaged or incorrect product to complete your request.
- The style and size of the shoes received are different from the shoes you placed the order or confirmed.
- The products received have serious manufacturing defects or damage caused before shipment (such as the glue on the shoes is open, the shoes are seriously off-line, etc.)
Provided the above conditions are satisfied in such cases SportswearForYou (“We”) :
- We may arrange a replacement for the correct product (if available)
- We may offer a full / partial refund based on conditions.
- We can place a new order if you want a different size, color, or product within the price range of the original order. Please contact us for further actions.
2. Non-Refundable / Non-Replaceable Items
We cannot accept returns, replacements, or refunds in the following cases:
- Products damaged during delivery or shipment (courier issues – carrier will be responsible).
- Ordered the wrong product or wrong size.
- Sale or clearance items.
- Damaged after the delivery by the customer.
- Products that are out of stock at the time of request.
- The address filled in by the customer when placing the order is incorrect, resulting in the goods not being received (rescheduling can be arranged and no refunds will be accepted)
- Failure to customs clearance, signing for packages, and paying any applicable duties (for example, Mexico, Peru and other countries will have customs duties and need assistance with customs clearance and payment of duties)
- Don’t like the products.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- Limited edition or special release products.
- Custom or personalized items.
- Underwear, socks, and swimwear (for hygiene reasons).
- Health and personal care items.
- Return/Refund/Replacement Process
You need to show the receipt or proof of purchase alongside a clear explanation and images of the damaged or incorrect product to complete your request within 3 days of receiving the product. We will notify you of approval or rejection of your submitted refund/replacement request. If approved based on conditions, your refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5-10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.

In case of replacement, we may arrange a replacement for the correct product (if available) or we can place a new order if you want a different size, color, or product within the price range of the original order.
You can keep the defective item and we will replace the product at no cost but shipping charges for replacement will be applicable to you. If you want to return the product:
- The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs, and the shipping costs incurred by SportswearForYou will be deducted from the refund. You need to return the product first and need to ensure that the product is not worn and that the package is not detained by customs on the return journey.
Warm Reminder: The return shipping fee is expensive and the return time takes a long time. If possible, try not to return goods to give each other a good shopping experience.
